Pennsylvania’s seniors and people with disabilities deserve access to quality, dependable home care and support services.
That’s why Pennsylvania home care workers have joined together to form our own organization—a union. We want a stronger voice to advocate for better care for our consumers and secure better jobs for workers.
By being part of our union, home care workers will win the right to negotiate for better pay and benefits. Together, we’ll also have more power to join together with consumers to stand up for better funding for home care services.
